Fair Experience
I visited Gravity before and it was very nice, service , room , pools , this was the second visit to them, it was very crowded so impact was clear on all aspects, service was not good, lines to get food, quality was not good, everything was crowded , reception was unfriendly, i requested to change the room location and they refused, i believe Hotel is not designed to handle 100% capacity.
